Upload the ORIGINAL read from your ECU — the stock, unmodified BIN/ORI/HEX you pulled with your flash tool. Do not upload a previously tuned file unless a support agent has asked for it.
Stage 1 is a software-only remap tuned for a fully stock vehicle. Stage 2 assumes supporting hardware (sports cat/downpipe, intake, intercooler, etc.) and pushes the calibration further.
Your request lands as Pending, credits are reserved, and our tuners are notified. You will see status updates on My Files and a notification when the modified file is ready to download.
Every upload is stored in a private, non-public folder on the server and is only accessible to you and the assigned tuner. Downloads use short-lived signed links.
Turnaround depends on the current queue and the priority you pick at submit time. You will be notified as soon as a tuner accepts and completes your request.
